Our central objective at ELEMENTS is to create hassle free lifestyle solutions for the elderly by developing senior friendly retirement communities and facilitating essential, emergency, basic, comfort, lifestyle and advisory services so that Seniors can retire to begin life!

ELEMENTS is a young tech savvy senior care organisation that was initiated by a team of professionals who are experienced in Senior Living, Construction and Development Management.

Elements I – Vandalur, Chennai

Bharathi Homes sows the seeds for ELEMENTS SENIOR LIVING and breaks ground in Vandalur, Chennai in July 2021. ELEMENTS I in Vandalur was handed over and Senior Living Operations began in 2023.

Elements II – Valasaravakkam, Chennai

Ongoing

Chennai’s first and most elegant residence for senior citizens within the city – ELEMENTS II in Alapakkam near Valasaravakkam is being crafted and stylized to provide the most comfortable and hassle-free living experience. It will be ready for possession by December 2024.

Elements Madhuram – Vandalur, Chennai

Elements Madhuram – An abstract of Elegant and Comfortable living, nestled amidst the serene locale of Vengambakkam near Vandalur, only a brief drive from the Vandalur-Kelambakkam road. Conceptualized with an insightful understanding of Senior Living, Elements promises a lifestyle of tranquility and convenience. This project is scheduled for possession by mid-2025.

Elements Kamalam – Kandigai, Chennai
