Ashwin Kumar Iyer
Our Director is a trailblazing lawyer and management professional with over 15 years of solid leadership experience, including stints in India and other countries. He is a postgraduate in Financial Management, a diploma holder in Human Resources, and has an international certification in risk management.
Ashwin is the co-founder and CEO of Vedaanta Senior Living, a premier senior care organisation he built from scratch. His leadership in business development and client services has been instrumental in transforming Serene Senior Living, another active senior living community, into one of the industry’s leading names.
Ashwin wields dual expertise as a strategic marketer with experience in repositioning and productisation and as a lawyer specialising in international trade law. He has also published his research on the influence of global trade on Indian policies.
Beyond work, Ashwin has a keen interest in writing and is an accomplished poet, lyricist, and cultural writer. He also dons several hats as a sports and culture enthusiast, serving as Vice-President of the Archery Association of Tamil Nadu and Managing Trustee of TAPAS Cultural Foundation.
Arun Bharathi
Our MD is redefining the real estate game with his innovative approach, 10+ years of experience, and his knack for transforming groundbreaking concepts into prime real estate properties. As the founder of Bharathi Meraki, he is committed to changing the real estate landscape with creative and forward-thinking solutions.
Arun is more than a developer: he is a trailblazer who prioritises human connections above materialistic transactions. What truly sets him apart, however, is his exceptional portfolio management prowess, particularly in advising High-Net-Worth (HNIs) and Ultra-High-Net-Worth (UHNI) individuals.
Arun also brings to the table his market analysis skills and ability to ensure that clients enjoy impressive investment returns. His solid educational background and insatiable drive for improvement have made him a name to reckon with in real estate development and investment management.

Bharat Kanti Doshi
Bharat heads the real estate and education divisions of the GT Group. He is an alumnus of Sri Venkateshwara College of Engineering, having majored in Electronics and Communication engineering.
For over twenty years, Bharat has consistently delivered high-quality housing projects that have elevated living standards and achieved remarkable milestones in this industry.
He has embraced global best practices, particularly Finland’s “Less is More” approach, to create an educational environment emphasising quality over quantity. His active participation in internal conferences such as ISM EdTech and CoSN underscored his commitment to harnessing technology to enhance educational experiences.
Bharat is a proud member of the International Society for Technology in Education (ISTE) and is devoted to nurturing the next generation of leaders and thinkers who will contribute to India’s bright future.
Sakthi Parthasarathy
Sakthi Parthasarathy is an entrepreneur reshaping the real estate landscape. He has over a decade of experience in real estate development and exceptional problem-solving skills. His expertise in land acquisition, legal liasoning, and operational efficiency has led to the successful delivery of high-return projects and the optimisation of real estate portfolios for corporates and HNIs.
Sakthi is also the co-founder of Bharathi Homes, which has pioneered innovative solutions that bridge gaps and bring order to the chaotic world of real estate. With his market understanding and strategic foresight, he aims for projects that create a meaningful impact on society.
His passion for real estate was fueled by his early career experiences as an engineering and MBA graduate. Sakthi Parthasarathy is also committed to social and economic causes and believes that businesses should cater to diverse clientele while adhering to principles of integrity.
